Kosh Tele is one of the symbols of Tatar cuisine, an oriental delicacy. It is made from a soft dough made from premium wheat flour and raw eggs. It is a dessert dish that is eaten with tea or coffee. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and make a dough out of them. Then cut the dough into 3-4 cm squares. Fry everything in hot sunflower oil until golden brown. Remove the fried pieces from the oil on a paper towel so that no oil remains on them. Put everything on a plate and decorate it with powdered sugar. They taste best with Tatar tea.
